I have been bored in quarantine so me and my friend decided to make a podcast talking about some of the latest city news. We cover the ban, Sane and D.Silva if anybody fancy's a listen right a comment if you agree with some of our views.

As much as I’d love the club to come out swinging with cast iron evidence that would take down UEFA & the cartel clubs I find it hard to think we have anything substantial on them.

The notion that we have steadfastly sat on it in the face of an onslaught rather than at least put some of it out there as a warning seems fanciful at best to me.

Arsene Wenger

2011-accusing us of “financial doping” as Emmanuel Adebayor, Samir Nasri, Gael Clichy and Bacary Sagna all moved to the Etihad

2020-Head of Football Development at FIFA, declaring that ’emerging clubs’ (such as Newcastle United under new ambitious owners) should be allowed to invest more in their clubs, as they try to compete with the clubs that are established at the top table.

Wenger is a hypocrite. Quelle surprise!

On the question of re-opening the old agreement, I'm guessing that UEFA will contend that we deceived them with our submissions and with the accounts that they audited. That might help them, but they would probably need to convince the panel of the deception as a first step. If that failed, the part of the 'charges' relating to those years would fall.
Would that infer deception by our Auditors as well K? If so would they think it necessary to legally challenge the ones who made that accusation?

Excellent post again. There really is some great stuff on here, better than the media give us.

I'd say it's quite possibly not fantasy. The G-14 must be a thorn in his side, with their constant whingeing and breakaway threats. I'm sure he'd like to see them cowed, and if that involves breaking the back of the likes of Liverpool, the rags, Bayern, PSG then so be it.

I do now wonder whether we've had a quiet word with him to say a shit storm is coming and he can either be on the receiving end and get caught in the crossfire or stand apart from it and still be in charge of UEFA when we've finished with our targets. And, having seen what we've got, he decided discretion was definitely the better part of valour.
Always like reading your posts

I cant see City letting Ceferin see what they have got with all the leaks within UEFA. My view on our owner and directors is that nothing gets out that they dont want out. Informing him we have irrefutable evidence maybe, but not going into detail because of the risk of leaks. Unless, unless he is briefing City. Even I am going round in circles now, must go for a lie down in the sun.

Silver Lake (USA) and Puma (Germany) will have done due diligence before heavily investing in City. The Saudi bid for Newcastle comes at a time when the anti-City vendetta is at its peak and they are already getting a taste of an agenda even before anything has been agreed. They all know what is going on. I cannot see any of these backing a loser.

City are being labelled cheats whilst the shenanigans of UEFA and G14 clubs goes unreported in the media. City fans here on Bluemoon and elsewhere have given insights into what is going on in UEFA, the FA, Premier League and related organisations. No doubt the venal reporting has tarnished City's reputation and impacted negatively on revenues. This latest FFP ploy is purely designed to hamstring City. If City are found guilty there is a lobby within the EPL who would want to put the boot in afterwards. It will be interesting to see how they respond when the spotlight shines on them.

The CAS review could be the start of a process where the actions of certain clubs, practices and cartels also comes into focus. More interesting will be how it is reported in the media? Sections have already been called out for their hypocracy and colluding on behalf of their paymasters.

It is time to name and shame the parasites, with their dodgy selfish practices and lack of morality and integrity exposed by coronavirus. They only care about money and do not care about the game, players or fans. This is the flip side of the agenda I hope gets addressed, not just within UEFA.

No, I dont think so, more a case of slack auditing if we dld indeed try to pull the wool. But I don't think we did, otherwise Soriano and Khaldoon would not have been so adamant.
