My issue is that, imho, you’re setting the bar for the thread too high. Within the CoC, “all welcome” would be my line.

I'm not asking for documents lol, just a reason or background for an opinion. For example, one poster said the absolute best case scenario for us is a reduction to one year, why? Does he know something we don't? Is there any reason at all? I don't see that being too high a bar to set tbh..

Less than 50% in the poll think City will be exonerated. Thats not exactly very confident.

I suspect the lack of confidence is strongly reflective of our distrust of UEFA & of the shenanigans perpetrated by the Cartel. In truth informed long term supporters such as myself don’t really know or understand the niceties of the case & the system although we are a good deal better informed than the media or fans of other clubs. I wouldn’t vote in such a poll as it would be with the heart rather than insight.

I’m not sure anyone is really voting with any great insight tbh!

I’m an eternal pessimist so voted for a reduced ban, but a few people I know who work at the club say the mood internally (led from the top) is one of optimism. Think it’s very difficult to predict with any confidence though how a three man panel will rule.

It’s not a public hearing, and no other clubs are on trial here, so not really sure it’d be particularly relevant tbh.
