So ffp suspended for just 12 months means really you can’t spend to big if you have to comply a year later!

I assume so.
As contract value gets spread across the contract length, high transfer fees would affect later years.

spending 500M this summer on players given 5-year contracts would put 100M on each of the next 5 years from the transfer, and then wages, etc on top.

It makes sense to me to do something, as the club financial planning for this season has been cut into, and next year is likely to be affected as well.

The devil will be in the detail.

Playing in red, having history, being part of the G14 etc will mean you can do whatever the fuck you want.

Maybe?

Debt needs to be addressed maybe you can have debt but you can only have repayments of say 50% of your overall net profit on debt repayment?

The chances of them addressing debt are zero given the debt these clubs carry due to their business models.

FFP is about stopping competition and has nothing to do with giving a shit about saving clubs from going under.

True but if we win the cas case and our turnover increases that much in the future we surpass the history clubs with big profit then ffp will be looked at seriously and they will see how they can alter it to disadvantage us again.

Not for a second do i think us winning this CAS case or even losing it, stops their game plan.

This will not stop until they have finished us off.

So ffp has been suspended for 12 months!!!!
Timing is a bit dodgy a week after CAS

This basically gives a free pass to the cartel to keep spending big and worry later about the consequences

It really doesn't do that at all...

That all plays to the LFC agenda - from day one they were questioning the Etihad deal and casting dispersions - how much was the losing bid.

I'd like to ask Turkey Neck Henry what was the losing bid when the criminal money laundering Standard Chartered were awarded Littlewoods' main sponsorship.

FFP suspended for 12 months just another piss pot and bent option by uefa FFP ? its meaningless to the elite because they are untouchable and debt ridden. and now 2 of the so called biggest teams in world football have to go cap in hand to the government to ask can we lend £200 million ??

its time to put the record straight and how many football clubs is there in europe vs the so called elite ? its time to stand up and face them call them out for what they are BENT and take uefa with them. what manchester city and its owners did for football should not be punished ?? how on earth can somebody never take a penny out of football or have asset own by banks because of loans taken,

let me just getting this right ??

manchester city debt free but punished by uefa for putting money into football
manchester united £550 million in debt and there owners taking million out of football

are we the only one's that does not get it ??
