I don’t think CAS are basing their decisions on timings that would satisfy uefa. As far as I am aware they are completely independent from uefa2 days before the CL qf and sf draw takes place.
They are independent but I'd say they are basing their timing around UEFA. They've expedited cases where athletes were facing a ban that would have meant them missing the Olympics. And they've expedited our case as well.What do you base that on?
