If CAS reject our appeal I can see problems when the mini Chumps League tournament begins in Lisbon.

UEFA will do everything possible to prevent us from winning it.
If CAS reject our appeal, I sincerely hope UK declares war on Switzerland.

We will be banned, no way will UEFA/G14 let us off the hook, innocent or not, means fuck all to the evil empire, they want us gone and will get their wish (in my humble opinion)
It's down to CAS now, not UEFA or anyone else. UEFA may splutter a bit when CAS exonerate us but there is absolutely no chance they'll ignore them.

Not even UEFA could manage that. Besides they've already announced the ban will be from next season.
I was talking about decisions not going our way ( VAR etc), if we did win and could not defend it next season, it would not look good with UEFA.

CL only continues in August while CAS decision will be public before 10th of July for sure.
The people I know who support United are fucking adamant and confident that City will be banned and 5th place will worth CL qualification.

PL will find out if 5th will actually be a CL pace or not with 4-5 games left of the PL to be played. Its huge for clubs like Tottenham, Wolves and United financially its a big difference if they go to EL not CL.

Also the hater media is expecting and hoping us to get fucked.

This CAS decision is huge in terms of expectations going about it. My feeling is CAS will do a middle ground type of decision, which City has to swallow and the hater camp will have to accept as well instead of just pleasing one side of the related parties...
Thing is anything less that clears City name 100% will mean we are guilty and that will be pushed in the media no matter how small punishment we get and that would contradict our irrefutable evidence.
The press will drum up some other hate fuelled campaign against us if we get off, it comes naturally to these ****s in the press to spew their bile on our club.

We won’t be allowed to win it! Look at last years Tottenham game. And as for winning it and not being there to defend it eufa could not give one single flying fuck if we never qualify for the thing again never mind win it!

And it's huge for the Premier League, Sky, BT etc. With no title battle it retains a level of interest on the product.
Personally I feel we will get done over by CAS. They are deemed to be some bastion of independence and credibility despite being funded by the governing bodies of a number of sports organisations. We've already been investigated and charged by an underhand organisation and we are now awaiting the result of a review by an organisation who receive around 15% of their revenue from the whiter than white organisation called FIFA!
CAS itself has historically had major in-house issues to address following its formation through the IOC, where it was widely criticized for a lack of independence. There's a lot of corruption in big business, how do we know we can receive a fair hearing?
I'll probably be slammed down as some sort of conspiracy theory wacko but where there's money there's corruption.

While I have faith in them, it could be that CAS may well be bent but I think we need to think this through a bit.

The only way I could see them coming to a bent decision in UEFA’s favour is if City’s evidence of no wrongdoing isn’t as irrefutable as the club claims. That way, CAS could rule in UEFA’s favour and the club probably wouldn’t be able to do anything about it, even if they suspect CAS has been compromised.

However, if City’s evidence of no wrongdoing is as irrefutable as the club claims and if CAS choose to effectively ignore it and still rule in UEFA’s favour then it won’t just be UEFA we’ll be taking to the Swiss courts. It’ll be CAS as well.

So far off the mark with this comment fella
If they were dead set against us winning it, the Jesus goal would have been disallowed, however, the non replay to the ref vs Spurs last season was scandalous, but I think it was total incompetence. If it was contrived the ref would never have been asked to review it
