It will make them more determined to win the CFCB European Cup.
And thats my over riding message. It wont harm the playing side of things but will do the opposite and likewise I to agree that in the end justice will prevail.
We may not like the next phase (the outcome set by these bent bastards) but I bet we`ll enjoy watching these fuckers squirm in the not too distant future.

Looking at the club statement we have criticised the prick who is going to make the final decision , so i dont expect anything less than a ban to appease the ex-G14 clubs , that decision would mean UEFA have arrived at the conclusion that we are cheats , and that will open a can of worms for them. We wont take this lying down and it will be taken to appeal or to CAS and if that fails FFP itself will be challenged by european law
UEFA have a choice either ignore the clubs that want to try to stop our dominance or spend a decade in court , if UEFA do ban us i expect the Dippers to put pressure on the Premier league to start their own investigation , and award them the 2014 & 2019 titles , 2014 League Cup and any Community Shields .LOL
Ultimately you have to look what our owners have done wrong , invested a billion into the infrastructure of a football club , the community , academy , youth players , attracted the cream of european players and management and have provided entertainment to a standard never seen before in the UK , whilst taking absolutely zero out of the club. Yet other clubs who's owners are milking them for every spare penny and loading massive debts on to their business/club are held in esteem because they also lack the commitment to invest in their football club. Otherwise known as FFP.
If what the our owners is deemed as detrimental to the game by investing a billion into a football club to sensibly invest and in return be pilloried , fined and banned , then it really is beyond a joke , FFP has been driven by fear of other clubs and owners , nothing more, nothing less.

I love this line from City 'there remain significant unresolved matters raised by Manchester City FC'
Someone is shitting themselves right now and it isn't our wonderful club
That's my viewpoint as well, some arse twitching going on at UEFA HQ.

Last time UEFA pulled this nonsense the FBI stepped in and gutted FIFA and UEFA for corruption. That, of course was not related to their misuse and abuse of FFP in any way shape or form. Not at all. ;-)

Gonna be interesting to see what happens here.

Question.

Why was it announced this Week, or was it just coincidence?

I’d say this would have played out for a while but someone leaked the story to the NYT. I think they held off with their exclusive until we won the league but once the story broke UEFA had to act.

The club sound supremely confident of their position with that statement. Sounds like they're accusing UEFA of believing any old shite to suit their agenda, or the agenda of certain other clubs, and that they're dismissing any evidence City have put forward to the contrary. We'll still probably cop a ban because UEFA really are that fucking stupid, but I'd expect it to be overturned by CAS.

I wouldn't be surprised if City have a lot of dirt on other clubs too, and possibly UEFA
