What do you mean by ‘concrete’?
Hah!
Poor choice of word in this context, granted!
What do you mean by ‘concrete’?
One thing that rarely gets repeated on this thread is that both parties stated that they were happy with the proceedings of the CAS meeting.
Maybe I'm an optimist, but City were confident prior and remain so to this day, so I'm of the opinion that it went well.
For UEFA? This may intimate that they are happy with what City have now presented and are content with their "evidence".
I know neither can effect the decision, but I've always been in a positive mood about this.
One thing that bothers me about the "irrefutable evidence", is the word believe, why not say we have irrefutable evidence?
Ferran Soriano, “We delivered a long list of documents and support that we believe is irrefutable evidence that the claims are not true and it was hard because we did this in the context of information being leaked to the media in the context of feeling that every step of the way, every engagement we had, we felt that we were considered guilty before anything was even discussed.

Tbh mate I doubt either party was going to come out and say they were unhappy with how it went? I like your optimism thoughOne thing that rarely gets repeated on this thread is that both parties stated that they were happy with the proceedings of the CAS meeting.

Neither party will be given the decision before very early Monday morning. That’s what I’ve been told anyway. I would tend to believe it as there’s been zero leaks which would’ve come had it been communicated already.
He's Italian, they always sit on the fence holding the flag (white) until they can see who is winning , then they jump on that side.
They won’t do that via a fixed draw, that’s just too provable, they will do it via dodgy refereeing or varNo it hasn't been fixed so far
But if the ban is upheld fully or partially... doubt UEFA will want us anywhere near their showpiece final
Is that £250m the £200m we might lose by not being in the CL for 2 seasons plus the £50m we're suing UEFA for? There is £250,000,000 at stake on this decision. As well as preparing their media response, City have obligations to shareholders with regards to the result.
No way are they only finding out a couple of hours before the announcement, on a decision taken weeks ago.
