Very noticeably too!

Around the same time we learned the date and agreed to delay it from friday to monday to give the uefa draw a ckear run.
And on that friday, after said draw, claims, whether leaked or assumed, by people that care about the club, in line with that, surface. Along with another pep comment of confidence.

At the very least, it is enough for some of this shared positivity not to be completely unfounded.
Also that little red shit now saying finishing out of the ECL places not a disaster, he's been told by Gill 5th place no longer an option me thinks.

We are fucked. The genius that is Stuart Pearce says he can see no way our ban will be overturned. He neglected to share his logic, surprising

Like he was sent a draft of both sides argument to look over before he made his informed decision ..... he should concentrate on making sure any teams he manages in the future score when playing home games

I recall Pep saying in an interview “we’ll do what UEFA want and where to play” in the context of the our replay and continuation of the chumps league, I got the impression that was a very conciliatory move. Just perhaps we juts know and they know out positive outcome

I shall look forward to that! I think we've basically known since the hearing that we'd won the case. Concrete evidence that Sheikh Mansour wasn't putting money in via Etihad will have been put in front of CAS and UEFA would have had no response. I suspect we'll find that the case was effectively won as soon as the hearing closed.
I think That’s right. I have Rarely come out of a court hearing with a reserved judgment without having a very good idea of what the result will be.

My vote is staying firmly on the ‘Two Year Ban Upheld’ side for the moment.

I simply refuse to accept we’re going to be cleared, despite all the positive noises over the last week or so - but then I was pissed off when Dzeko scored our second against QPR, as it felt like fate cruelly toying with our emotions when the end result was still gonna be a Rags title!
