The fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine doesn’t apply in English criminal law in any event; unless you count section 78 of PACE.Agreed in a Court of Law. However the Rules of evidence in Courts of Arbitration are significantly relaxed. In most, the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine, which is inherently a criminal law principle where there is a much higher standard of proof, simply doesn’t hold. They would definitely have been able to use the emails. However the weight the Arbitration panel would attach to it is debatable.
Sorry but I do need to point out that the last three are also no marks as far as I am concerned. They don't come across as very intelligent journalists imo, they are incapable of investigating a story and reporting it accurately. They would rather jump on the click bait media populist bandwagon at any opportunity.I'm confident we are going to win as I've just seen the line up for The Sunday Supplement and it's a bunch of no marks.
If Sky would of got wind of us being guilty the line would of been Deloony, Harris and McKenna
I’ll agree with that!I know it's a different argument, but I think a lot of fans are still disappointed with the way the club have treated Cheesey. Why exclude him from the club in official capacity when he could be in doing prematch interviews etc. Instead with have to put up with the odious Hugh Ferris and his belittling demeanour who is universally disliked by the fans as far as I can see.
I’ve got 133 pages to catch up on... any one be able to give us a quick update ?

Maybe, but let's be honest, he isn't an official spokesman of the club so it's similar to one of us saying it. The club can easily distance themselves from his statement if they thought it was prejudicial.I’ll agree with that!
But Cheesy should have said nothing about this CAS result whether he knows something or not.
.....and their detailed logic and reasoning was.....?Talksport saying a likely one year ban. They must know....
As much is required, Pep will get whom he wants. I even think he will sign an extension to his contract, which will be announced tomorrow at 9:31 amShould we win tomorrow. How much money do we have to spend on transfers in the window? I’m sure no one will know down to the last pound, but a win tomorrow would mean spend big? And loss would mean a one in one out type of scenario?
I’d love us to break the transfer spend in an off season should we win. Just to really rub everyone’s noses in it. Not that we need that type of investment just to see what Delaney etc write afterwards would just be majestic.
7. And 8 out of 9!How many years running have we finished above the cunnts now?
