I’ve got 133 pages to catch up on... any one be able to give us a quick update ?
Chessy's exonerated line has been called into question by Tolmie (reasonably because he has to be honest) and hope lies largely with 'Pep knows'.

Tolmie is a journalist, he has to be very careful with embargoes, I am sure he knows already, but I am also sure the club and his employer knows he post's on here.

This is what's strange, City have always tried to get value for money and be disciplined in the transfer market, in wage structure too, unlike the rags !
They’re still insignificant to be honest. I only say this as my Rag mate always says we’re obsessed with them. “We can’t stop comparing ourselves to them.” In a way he’s right. So I’ve now taken the moral high ground and just ignore him.

The fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine doesn’t apply in English criminal law in any event; unless you count section 78 of PACE.
It’s an American Criminal Law principle. I am Qualified in UK and US. The legal principles of Switzerland however would have applied and it is highly unlikely that fruit of the poisonous tree would apply in an Arbitration in any jurisdiction.
