I think the people suggesting 1 year have been listening to talk shite, and assume because it is on the radio it must be true. Talk shite ffs, they use Stuart Pearce, Georgie Bingham, Darren gough, etc. They don’t even understand what we have been charged with, never mind whether we are actually guilty of it or not, utter clowns

You don't HAVE to be (unless you have work), the news will be still be here when you get up at a normal time. I won't be up at 9:30, it'll be whatever it is and changing your routine won't affect it.

Yes, but what we hear tomorrow would be just "we are passing it back" and why, not a reduced sanction. In any case, Imho, chances of that are zero, because the question is did we break regs or not. If yes, sanction will not be reduced. 2 seasons for second offence.
I think ppl looking at reduced sanction are really saying yes we broke regs but dont like the prospect of 2 seasons ban affecting our ability to sign players. Well, wishful thinking.

Well unless the rules have been changed since, then your assessment would be a good outcome should it come to pass. There is a precedent. Milan were banned from the Europa League by UEFA. They appealed and the court determined that the punishment was disproportionate and on those grounds, UEFA were told by CAS to review it. Milan were then reinstated and the ban never happened.
