And why do you think any of that would concern CAS in the least?

I'm afraid to say that I believe football is corrupt at just about every level and while I am not suggesting that the CAS panel are susceptible to corruption, I don't think it is beyond the realms of possibility that pressure may have been brought to bear.

In cases like this, as with most of life, money wins.

For what it's worth, I think we are guilty of at best bending the rules, at worst breaking them. If we do 'win' it will be on a point of procedure, not the fact that we are innocent.

No I don't but it's inconceivable that they will find out tomorrow morning so I my assumption is that they know.

Maybe. It was inconceivable on 13th February that we'd be given a 2 year ban but we did so I suppose your logic is sound.

Well unless the rules have been changed since, then your assessment would be a good outcome should it come to pass. There is a precedent. Milan were banned from the Europa League by UEFA. They appealed and the court determined that the punishment was disproportionate and on those grounds, UEFA were told by CAS to review it. Milan were then reinstated and the ban never happened. Rules still the same, but the two cases are very different. Cant see leniency to us. If I remember correctly, Milan volunteered to step down for a year to get themselves in order
