perfectly understandable it’s a shame I worked within the club and knew someone at SLT level until ate last year but I didn’t want to ask the big question

The decision is embargoed, but the branch secretary's daughter, who clearly heard from another source at City, has passed it onto the branch secretary who is telling people the result in a pub.

Do any of these people understand the term embargoed?
