Cheers. It's certainly been interesting teaching the Paraguayan government English and working in different countries. Seriously though i never understood how a disabled section can be located so close to the goal, its got to be a risk of a stray shot due to potential mobility problems.
They did a series of tests with players taking shots from various angles and distances. Close to the goal was 'significantly safer' than close to the corner flags. True that.

Can the $200 mill from the shares issue be used for transfers within FFP I can't see how it can?
