It will be published this week,or maybe next week,or before the end of Feb,possibility of end of season,Yet all “journalists” are “in the know”.and have exclusive meetings with UEFA moles.which will publish first ,EUFA or the FA,Both scared witless.
If there's anything to publish it will appear just before we play Real Madrid

Thanks for the precision about publication dates. I will keep my diary free between now and mid May.

If so, it would constitute a massive own goal; 6 months delay followed by suspicious timing would strengthen our case that it was a put up job. CAS are not fools.

CAS are not fools but it would appear UEFA are.... UEFA have got themselves in a right mess. The “old guard” managed to restrict PSGs income by revaluing their sponsorship deals in an unprecedented move that was clearly politically motivated. They were clearly being pushed by the same “old guard” to fuck PSG over completely but failed and lost on a technicality . The same teams want us punished and our spending restricted - again as with PSG they don’t have a case and face another climb down. This whole farce is about certain teams protecting their historic right (or entitlement) to buy up and hold onto the best talent - see Neymar to PSG as an example. UEFA don’t have a case against us but certain clubs are pushing and pushing to have us “done over” regardless of whether there is a case or not. I can see this dragging on and on because having got on the pot UEFA are too scared to get off.

I know UEFA had to charge us within 5 years of an offence, but does anyone know if there's a time limit on announcing their decision/punishment?

£750m to revamp the Swamp? You could build a new stadium for that ! Not sure about that number but there’s obviously a big cost that will will further deplete their resources. How have they avoided legislation re disabled facilities for so long?

I’m sure it’s been considered, let’s be honest the Yanks do it all the time in NFL.

When Murdoch was seriously considering buying the rags in the early 2000s, a prospect squashed by Peter Mandelson, there was a genuine belief at the time that the Antipodean arsehole was contemplating that very thing.

Yeah seems like they timed it just before the Real game, wonder what is the outcome and how we react. Even if they give us a financial punishment and we bend over and accept it it will look really bad on us. Kind of what Pool did with paying 1 million for the hacking. "We didnt do anything but pay for it for you" sounds shit and stupid.

Uefa will give us something as they are under pressure by the "elite clubs" to hit us...

Wonder if they instruct the referee vs Real to "hit" City too.
