Really don't see where City did anything wrong.
Nothing came to PSG who clearly broke FFP for Neymar and Mbappe.

IF anything comes of FFP we appeal to CAS and Uefa gets fucked by our lawyers.

My gut feeling is that they will come out with their decision on the day of or the day before the 1st qualifying round of the Champions League. By doing this they will say that there is no time for CAS to come to a decision before the Champions League really begins.

Psg havent broke the rules regarding those 2 signings
