There is the other way to read this of course. UEFA challenge our documentation from previous FFP breach. We give them 100 pages of evidence knowing that it will take them over the 5 year deadline.

So UEFA have to jump the gun hoping they have a watertight case. City then jump in to CAS knowing they couldn't have gone through it all.

1. Fair enough, I don't know the facts about Bolton, just that they were 200m in debt awhile back, you don't get to that state by making profits every year.

That would be extremely clever on our part. Like check, then checkmate.

I would however imagine that, that inference, would have been leaked to the media in some form or other, given the way everything else has along the way.

I get the impression that the last couple of weeks since Khaldoons address to the masses, our investigation and dirty tricks Dept have been working overtime, and are confident they know where the skeletons are buried in uefa and more importantly what shovel their gonna use to get to them .
