That would be extremely clever on our part. Like check, then checkmate.There is the other way to read this of course. UEFA challenge our documentation from previous FFP breach. We give them 100 pages of evidence knowing that it will take them over the 5 year deadline.
So UEFA have to jump the gun hoping they have a watertight case. City then jump in to CAS knowing they couldn't have gone through it all.
