It's the right thing to do, I said it a while back -all these accusations that we're cooking our books are dragging a lot of third party organisations in.
Even if they dont use the fake emails, could they investigate our ongoing sponsorship agreements and player contracts to "nail us". If we were circumventing the rules, presumably we still are (to some extent)? If they simply close down these "loopholes" (if they genuinely exist) would that affect our ongoing ability to comply with FFP?

My worry is that they’ll misinterpret just one instance of a “payment” to an agent as being illegal (when it was nothing more than any other club was doing at the time) and hit us for 6 with transfer bans & CL ban. We negotiated last time, in the interests of putting a lid on it and moving on and fast-forward 5 years they've dug the same period up again.
