has anybody thought of if manchester city lose will we take everybody else with us and blow the whistle on the whole game

pep has already said to the Barcelona owners watch what your saying ? we know shit has gone down with them before and come back smelling of roses also those without sin cast first stone ? its a dirty world and big money involved here. and when the elite make up the governing body of uefa then you can get blind eyes turned if you grease the right palms

uefa must know if they take down manchester city then we will not go without a fight and take everybody with us ? warnings have been set and everybody is looking at this case and hoping city will buckle and take a reduce punishment and walk away ? well sorry your all wrong this time for manchester city and its owners is all or nothing

publicthose without sin cast first stonely coming out and saying we have done nothing wrong here and its a vendetta by uefa and to call manchester city cheats its war. we have to clear our name or we are finished and rightly so ? because when you stand up and say we have do nothing wrong it has to stick

Could CAS refer the case back to UEFA and tell them to reinvestigate matter with a new independent team monitored by CAS?

After Soriano giving his interview a while back, it was interesting to hear that uefa is split and that we have friends but also enemies within.

It is probably right to say that the enemies within uefa have vested interests at other clubs and want to derail us at every opportunity.

So with this case being about clearing our name, it could also be about cleaning up uefa - ridding those that kneel at the feet of the cartel clubs who run football as a closed money shop for themselves

I'd disagree on your last point - it's not over for UEFA at all.

Ceferin has been extremely vocal in distancing himself - and the main body of UEFA - from the decisions taken by the IC. As have City too, as it happens - both Khaldoon and Soriano have been at pains to portray this as an organised campaign from a faction within UEFA, rather than the organisation itself. In which we have a number of 'friends'.

That makes it very easy for UEFA to throw a couple of specific individuals under the bus - Leterme undoubtedly being one of them - and carry on unscathed. And City's position suggests they'd be entirely happy with that outcome, and wouldn't be looking to take it any further. They don't want to take UEFA down.

So - to modify what you've said - if they lose, it's over for certain individuals in UEFA. Which would be great for us - a less openly hostile UEFA will make our growth strategy a lot more straightforward, at the very least.

it will be over for UEFA and the FFP ? how can they go on and be lead by the elite ? its them who wanted the sanctions and asked uefa or should i say the board made the rules to stop manchester city in the first place ? what other way can they turn to in stopping manchester city other than FFP

defo not a legal way ? yes the uefa officials will still hold the power of the matches and VAR but that is not enough because city will just sign all the best players spend £billions and win the champions league year after year

Hope you are right.

He is an Evertonian who was instrumental in uncovering the lies of Hillsborough. If we want verbal support from him, we should ask for it. Oh, that requires an initiative from PR Dept.

We ain't getting support from Burnham. He hates City.

"Soriano,
@ManCity
's CEO, has said #MCFC will bring 'irrefutable evidence that the claims are not true'. (…) A person with knowledge of the Uefa's investigations says: 'provided #Uefa don’t cave in, they should win at CAS... City have no evidence at all'.

I've just replied to this idiot from Der Spiegel.
How would this so called person with knowledge of Uefa's investigations say that City have no evidence at all?

He's just linking the FT article we discussed yesterday. Its a nonsense quote from February

If we win the champs league and we get a 1 year ban its going to look like the shambles it is banning the holders
They’ll just probably change the rules to not allow the Cup holders to participate...after all, they changed it so that the dippers could be included after they won it and were outside the top 4...and of course rely on “public perception” to make sure we aren’t put forward by the FA...

My sense is we see this as a way of reforming UEFA - ridding it of the most hostile elements determined to exclude us from their closed shop. And if we win at CAS (and that is a huge 'if', in my book), we will be in a very strong position to do exactly that.

We don't want UEFA gone, we want it there to regulate European football, but with us on the inside.

What's going on here is a power struggle within the European game, between those who want us out for good - and City, fighting for a place at the top table. It's high stakes, and whoever comes out on top at CAS will have won through for their vested interests within UEFA.

Ceferin, and the main body of UEFA, are hedging their bets - waiting to see who wins this one. If it's us, then UEFA will be a far greater ally than it has been at any point during our development to date. If it's them - then we're out, to all intents and purposes.

An excellent post that doesn't treat UEFA as a monolithic block. UEFA has a number of factions with conflicts of interest akimbo. I don't see Ceferin as hostile to City, largely in the same way that I didn't see Infantino or Platini as our adversaries. I see them as administrators intent on making money for their organisation and thus themselves. The rise of City does not run counter to those interests. Nevertheless, the influence of actors of certain clubs cannot be overlooked. The corporate governance model of UEFA is open to the inclusion of people who have key interests in its members. That cannot be right. The governing body should not be interfering with the financial affairs of its members. It's very sad that football rivalry has come to power and politics. The age of innocence is long over.

Seen as though UEFAs case seems to be based on hacked emails and all this information will be admissible at CAS wouldn't it be amusing if City had evidence of other emails to UEFA from other clubs pushing them to give City certain punishments.
Just saying if our emails were hacked then i assume similar vulnerabilities may have been there in other clubs security systems.
I'm just hoping the confidence the club has shown of the case being thrown out means we may have an ace in the hole but I cant work out what it is.
Probably wishful thinking i know.
