I am hoping so but I preferred the 'exonerated line' which is now questionable. I think City have been informed but the decision has been embargoed in which case Pep's manner is telling, but if the club haven't been informed, his comments mean nothing other than confidence in his friends.

Beware the impact of positive bias and wanting to believe. I am trying to look at it objectively.
That’s why I’m still 50:50. I have no idea, could go either way for all I know.

Since they last won the league, they’ve spent the most money on transfers and wages in the league yet have finished 7th, 4th, 5th, 6th, 2nd, 6th, and are currently 35points off 1st and 14points off 2nd. With 5 trophies in that time.

Having spent less money on both transfers and wages in that time we’ve finished 1st, 2nd, 4th, 3rd, 1st, 1st, 2nd. With 11 trophies in that time.

They were pretty much right after all back in 2008 when they kept saying to us; “you can’t buy trophies!”
How many years running have we finished above the cunnts now?

I’ve got 133 pages to catch up on... any one be able to give us a quick update ?

Georgie Bingham that's an expert view right there! She doesn't even know what the hell this is all about, she was just handed a script with a coffee mug and now she will flap her gums for a couple of hours and then go for lunch and everything she opiniated on and discussed will be forgotten by the time the red studio light goes off.

Horrendous woman. Fuck all knowledge about anything.

that was always the case to be fair, that evidence, in a court of law, is inadmissible
Agreed in a Court of Law. However the Rules of evidence in Courts of Arbitration are significantly relaxed. In most, the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine, which is inherently a criminal law principle where there is a much higher standard of proof, simply doesn’t hold. They would definitely have been able to use the emails. However the weight the Arbitration panel would attach to it is debatable.

Should we win tomorrow. How much money do we have to spend on transfers in the window? I’m sure no one will know down to the last pound, but a win tomorrow would mean spend big? And loss would mean a one in one out type of scenario?

I’d love us to break the transfer spend in an off season should we win. Just to really rub everyone’s noses in it. Not that we need that type of investment just to see what Delaney etc write afterwards would just be majestic.
