With all due respect to Tolmie I'd wager good money he (along with every journalist) doesn't know.
Nobody does.

That's why I don't do Facebook. I'd have minus 1 friend. Even my split personality fucking hates me!No I'm not
Yes i'm am
Not I'm not
Yes I am
They'll have known the provisional outcome last week, as Shads explained, but not the official one.
Typewriter ribbon hard to get hold of these days?I understand that. I suspect the Civid cost cutting is a bit lame, I'm not aware of anyone else being cut loose at this stage.
Ian probably doesn't fit the profile the club are after in this new digital age, I have similar challenges within an industry which bears no resemblance to the one just ten years ago, never mind thirty or forty.
I'm hoping the three arbitrators do!Nobody does.
The interesting thing about that was the repeated use of the phrase “Monday’s decision will fire them up”, did they mean because of anger or joy at the decision? There was also a “typical for them to win it and be banned”.
It was like these “informed” journalists knew nothing of the cryptic leaks we have had.
I'd sooner have people who get it right and are even-handed to everyone.

I heard that just for a laugh they're telling the lawyers last, as a sort of punishment for exorbitant fees!I'm hoping the three arbitrators do!
As the outcome becomes legally binding as soon as both are notified, there shouldn't be such a thing as provisional vs official. Only private vs public.

Thanks for that, I appreciate its a different process but I'm just trying to avoid being set up for a fall! The CAS process is totally different and independent of UEFA's internal kangaroo court. Last time UEFA stiched us up and Sam Lee was duped by someone on that story, possibly to cause more damage to City. If you recall the UEFA decision was leaked months before it was revealed. The whole process was prejudiced. This is different. Both parties are treated equally and both get advance notification of the preliminary verdict. (That's what happens in the UK anyway).

Agreed. If UEFA lose this then we can probably expect their officials to deliver a 'magical European night' for Madrid in retaliation :-(
I wish! There is no embargo, seriously.
No media person or outlet is sat on one. There are no briefs, no steers.
I have said all along that City will have pretty much known right after CAS but were/are awaiting for the official confirmation to drop.
It could have been Friday, it could yet be Sunday night!!
Wouldn't surprise me. The only hard deadline is probably the draw for next year's CL groups.9.30am:
The Court of Arbitration for Sport requires further time to consider these serious matters. A new date for the communication of its outcome will be set in August 2020.
Might be worth 50-100 quid on that just to soften the blow :-(Agreed.
Madrid are 5-1 to qualify.
Happy Sunday TH!
Soon to be Happy Monday!
Surely the song for tomorrow is STEP ON?
