I posted a video on here somewhere of some young French supervisor at the turnstiles letting in a young bloke as he was a blogger she knew and then she let some of his mates in too.

It was a badly run shitshow, poorly staffed and in a country who don't like the English, in an area rife with gangs of vicious youths and a hit/gas first police force. Add the cheeky chappy scousers into the mix and it was a recipe for disaster. Any half wit could have foreseen this, but we are talking about UEFA.

But absolutely no mither at the Madrid end?

It seems that there must have been fake tickets there but the numbers are vastly exaggerated. The guy from Sky who was outside the whole game called the French liars which is not something that they would normally be alloewd to say. Listen we all have our idiots and when you are successful you get a lot of people jumping on the bandwagon but in this instancethe accusations seem to be well wide of the mark Thanks for not rubbishing my comment and calling me any one of the well worn phrase we see here . I saw my first game in 1960 so not a Johnnny come lately to Liverpool as a supporter and in a few years your clubb will pick up a load of glory hunters as well

Very strange how the media are reluctant to report the ACTUAL FACTS when it comes to them.

As has been said it all relates to Hillsborough.
At the final inquest everyone knew that anything short of complete exoneration of everyone and anything connected to Liverpool would be unacceptable.
I remember reading the report and some of the conclusions were downright bizzare.
While identifying the mistakes,and in many cases lies of police and others involved was important for justice to be served,the need to placate those shouting loudest should have been tempered.
One of the conclusions was that drink played no part in the events that unfolded,this was determined by toxicology tests on those that lost their lives.
Now it doesn't take much to realize that those who tragically lost their lives would have been in the ground considerably earlier than those late arrivals.
The report also stated that "no behavior on the part of Liverpool fans contributed to the dangerous situation at the Leppings lane turnstiles "
It was well known that many fans turned up without tickets that day so it's ludicrous to state categorically that the fans behavior did not contribute to the issue,however much of a part it played.
The report got many things right but unfortunately the need to placate those shouting loudest diminished it's credibility.

The Guardian went on to say "Television footage showed images of young men, who did not appear to be wearing Liverpool colours, climbing over the stadium fences and jumping inside", completely ignoring the fact that there is tonnes of footage online of shirt wearing fans climbing the fences and clattering through the turnstiles. Also conveniently skipping over the fact that all the stairs and walkways were RAMMED at the Dipper's end which means they'd taken up their allotted seating AND filled the walkways AND there were still fans outside with 'tickets'.

We can argue all day about the number of fakes, but that detracts from the ABSOLUTE FACT that a vast number of THEIR fans entered or attempted to enter the ground with either a fake ticket or no ticket at all, and that's on THEM.

Seems a bit weird that so many ‘local youths’ were absolutely desperate to get in to watch a game their club weren’t involved in.

Imagine what they’re like when PSG are at home?.

I really hope uefa come down hard on them and bring up the past as well ? stop them from playing in front of their fans for 3 or 4 games or longer ?? But Liverpool will use any little trick in the book to defend the trouble

Some of the stories coming out are beyond belief, 1 in particular an old lady in a wheelchair, and the French police padlocked her wheelchair to a fence, lol

Definitely bollicks this,wheelchair was left on bricks,by thier own.
