It was before the game we commented on the odd colour, and at half time when it cut up, that was before the downpour, but I don't know how much rain fell before I got to Manchester at 2pm, so maybe it was that ?

FIFA president elections are scheduled for June 2019, our ally Infantino is currently the only registered candidate, supported by the majority of nat feds. If he is re-elected, it's going to be very difficult to stop the launch of 2021 FIFA Club World Cup - future alternative to CL partially sponsored by City owners.

Just like last November, The Cartel are throwing dirt both on City and FIFA using their huge media influence. I think the outcome of this 'battle for FIFA' will be of great importance for the future of the entire City project.
