Seems like only two applicants to host, so it's going to be between Atletico's ground and Baku...

Would like to visit Baku at some point but the idea of 60k people trying to get there at the same time is just dumb.

Weirdly - in my opinion at least, the Nou Camp which is bigger than both is being proposed as the host for the Women's champions league final the same year.

The 2019 Arsenal v Chelsea Europa League final was in Baku and it was shambolic in terms of the logistics of being able to get there. Admittedly there was the factor of two London teams being involved but ultimately only around 5,000 fans from each team made it to the game with both clubs returning tickets to UEFA.
