UK far right trouble

Obvious yesterday’s events sickened and upset me. I lived in Southport in the 80s as a student near to the incident. I could never have imagined then this kind of shit. Great place to live. Peaceful etc. Then these far right cunts turn up to cause maximum mayhem. Cunts of the highest order spurred on by Farage Braverman etc. I despair. Makes me want to live on a fucking island thousands of miles away.

They don’t-they’ve had to request help from 3 neighbouring forces.

They also have to manage everything else that’s going on on a busy late turn.

Policing by consent actually means the police rely on the public behaving themselves.

Unless it pisses down soon this will likely spread to other parts of the country.

Yes but there should be enough “force” for when things like this happen.

Is it really unsurprising that a few days after tiny Tommy had his day out on the piss and coke with his sycophantic followers that those who have been drawn in by the Tiny Tommy rhetoric and disgusting social media reaction think they can be a tiny Tommy too.

Whilst some will see this as the breakdown of British society caused by people arriving here on boats, it is a distraction from the idiotic idealogical years of austerity inflicted upon this country by the ConDem coalition. There drive to give us European standards of living based on American rates of taxation has been an unmitigated disaster. We lost 20,000 police for a start, they destroyed communitees and created a sense of social disruption that led to family breakdown and increasingly high levels of poverty, all whilst the rich got very rich and the very rich got stupidly rich.

This creates tensions in society and in times of tension people have looked to the extremes, they look for Populists who will appear to care about their interests. Corbyn rose of a tide of left wing populism as he offered hope but was destroyed by the media and other nefarious interests whilst on the opposite end of political spectrum people flocked to Farage and his brand of right wing populism. Right wing populism comes with dangers as does left wing populism. At this moment in the political cycle we have a right wing populist rise because of the fear of immigration. This has been exacerbated by the RW media and fuelled by conspiracy theories like the Great Replacement theory and the Klaus Schwaub's plan for a world Communist government, including all the crazed nonsense that involves.

Social media fuels these theories and they gain ever increasing traction. Using Godwins Law, Hitler rose to power on the back of the conspiracy theory "Protocols of the Elders of Zion"

The horrible deaths of those poor girls in Southport is an abomination, it should quite rightly be condemned by every sane person the country, i hope the families find some peace. What the right wing populists have done though is turn the murders of these poor girls into an excuse to attack illegal and legal immigration which will only intensify peoples fears about their own children.

The biggest irony of tonight's disgraceful scenes has been that the very people who cheered on the police at Manchester Airport are now attacking the Police in Merseyside.

The far right are not your friend, they have always attacked the working class and in my opinion you have to ask the simple question. On whose behalf are they working?

Yep.

It says a lot to me that this situation is still ongoing.

The police should have enough numbers and enough competent officers to box shit like this off swiftly.

It’s laughable.
They should have enough numbers but unfortunately it's not the case right across the UK, It's quite alarming the government cuts over the last few years regarding officers whether that's on the front line or in prisons.

Prisons alone in the UK were in a Red Regime 22 times last year because of a shortage of officers. There's that much of a shortage that they had to bring in Dogs to the prisons. It's an absolute shambles.

You'd like to think they've enough officers to box this off at a fast pace tonight, Although I wouldn't like to be in their shoes, I wouldn't put it past any of those scumbags to stick a knife in any of them so there has to be extreme caution also as they aren't armed police.

If he had any decency he would express his horror at the attack, send condolences to the families and leave the attempts to politicise it until it is not as raw. He’s a ****.
Is that the full piece? I very much doubt it. It looks like a clip during which I'm certain he's smart enough to know he has to pay tribute. This is is not giving the full information or context of what was said. Nonetheless, as an MP he has a duty and a responsibility to ask questions.... even if you or I don't like them.

Which is fucking pathetic.
Well it really isn’t-you have heavy gear, a shield and a stick.

You wouldn’t be so nimble wearing it for starters.

Also most cops aren’t riot trained. And most of those who are will be off duty or coming off nights or even on duty and tied up with jobs.
