It obviously takes a genius to work out that that was a clip as opposed to a contextual comment. You can do so much damage producing clips like this as there are millions of fools who take them at face value.

Trouble is PC Rains flogged his bollocks off for the last 6 months, we'll have to wait until he gets back off leave.They don’t-they’ve had to request help from 3 neighbouring forces.
They also have to manage everything else that’s going on on a busy late turn.
Policing by consent actually means the police rely on the public behaving themselves.
Unless it pisses down soon this will likely spread to other parts of the country.
