The scenes in Rotherham are awful

I've had the misfortune to work in Rotherham for 4 weeks and it's the oddest, roughest town I've ever been too.

It's like the land that time forgot and full of scrotes. Unfortunately it comes as no suprise the absolute idiots who live there would do this

Simple fact is this is all down to the Tory policies of the last 14 years. Make the poor poorer, the rich richer, and then blame it on immigration to deflect the anger from them.

It is down to politics. And not those of the brand new government who've been handed this shit.

Why is illegal immigration in the UK an issue so critical and important to solve that the perception of it being unsolved is leading thousands to commit illegal acts themselves (at the expense of legal citizens) to force it to get solved?

It's as important to me as stopping all illegal activity.

Society needs and has rules and laws that need to be obeyed and the vast majority of us do that and support them.

I've done nothing but be equally disgusted as anyone at the idiots on the streets over the last few days and I have been very vocal is saying what should be done with them.

Of course though, the very second you veer from the party line on this forum it triggers the usual few posters who sense it as an opportunity to go on the attack and even go as far as accusing me of being represented by the racist idiots on show.

Situation in Rotherham looks particularly worrying, especially if reports that the rioters have now set fire to the hotel are true. That's really fucked up. They should be up on attempted murder charges.

Lets hope it is only for attempted murder. Must be terrifying for those inside.

Yet Muslim grooming gangs were absolutely rife there. It was one of the worst places for it. There’s problems in every background so none are blameless.

Birkenhead is down the road and nothing untoward has been reported. There are some horrendous estates too.
