Simple fact is this is all down to the Tory policies of the last 14 years. Make the poor poorer, the rich richer, and then blame it on immigration to deflect the anger from them.

It is down to politics. And not those of the brand new government who've been handed this shit.

I agree: it doesn't help. But where do you think this all originated? With far right pin-up boys Nigel Farage and Tommy Robinson fanning the flames from afar? Or with Suella Braverman? Or Robert Jenrick? Or Rishi Sunak doubling down? Or maybe several years ago with Brexit? Or perhaps the racist Boris Johnson? And what about Theresa May's "hostile environment"?
Bit of a pattern beginning to emerge here, isn't there?
So don't tell me to stop with the party politics; it didn't just start four weeks ago with the new Labour Government?

Immigration has always happened and always will. A lot of it is our own country's doing, too. It will never be stopped. In fact, it will increase in the coming years due to climate change.

Ffs, stop with the party politics. That’s half the problem. I clearly stated I blamed all parties for this mess and argued for better management of it. Of course it’s inevitable, but it needs long term planning which should have started in the mid 90s. That’s why it will take a long time now.
Your post does not even hint at the solution.
Long term needs are:
More local health services, more primary school places, better housing arrangements such as hostels, and that’s just for starters.
And you bleat irrelevantly about Tory cuts. Jeeze.

It’s already fucking managed. We’ve had years of this endless tedious fucking shite about immigration and all we have to show it for it is people this afternoon trying to burn people alive in a fucking hotel.

Situation in Rotherham looks particularly worrying, especially if reports that the rioters have now set fire to the hotel are true. That's really fucked up. They should be up on attempted murder charges.

No, it started with the Blair gov who allowed increased immigration, fair enough in my book, but failed totally to take any measures to increase the services required. Eg, as immigration increased, primary school places went down. No one complained about that because the planning horizon in British politics is 5 years. There is no long term vision at all as you so clearly demonstrate.

Surely if this a protest about immigration why dont they protest on the beaches in the south east where the migrants arrive and stop them landing.All this is an excuse to attack the police and go looting.

I'm surprised nothing has happened to be honest. We have a big immigration centre just a few minutes away. Thankfully nothing seems to have happened.
