Could this fall under the category of attempted murder? Lobbing bricks through windows of people's homes? You could see the curtains moving, so people are clearly home.

I don't know but torching a hotel full of occupants and staff should be which is 3 years to life

Those bricks could have travelled at speed well inside relatively small front rooms where families spend most of the time on a day when they are more likely to be at home incredibly dangerous

This is getting really grim now. Some of the scenes from Rotherham, Bolton, Middlesbrough and now Tamworth are genuinely shocking. Feels like it’s ramped up a notch from yesterday, which was already bad enough. The punishments for this need to be swift and severe, for both the perpetrators on the street and the instigators on social media, if the government are to get a hold of the situation. Otherwise it’s only going to escalate further.

Saw some footage of kids in Belfast (with their parents) chanting some horrible stuff.

Thoroughly depressing weekend really.

Indeed. And how desperately sad that they're too stupid to see it. Those out rioting are drones; they've submitted their brains and consequently any free will they had to social media.

All down to education mate. Those who have it are able to think and even argue or disagree without getting abusive or robbing Gregg's.
People just digest headlines, tweets etc and jump onto whatever side they think is 'right' without any actual critical thinking.
All part of the general dumbing down of society that makes the poor into thugs and the uneducated 'liberals' into unthinking followers.

It's the worst footage I've seen so far out of all these riots, pure evil and dangerous. Armed response should have turned up to that.

Hearing people whooping and cheering on the videos, and chanting “burn it down” as a hotel full of families is set alight is genuinely quite chilling. What a fucked up country we’ve become.
