I too am a big advocate of PR, however I can see no circumstances where it would be introduced, based on the landscape as I see it, now or in the future, not least because there is no apparent appetite for it from the electorate.

There isn't the political will to make it happen but if offered it, I think there's a good chance the British public would take it.
