England - it's a London thing and for pretend football fans to talk about around the water cooler at work.
Just not true at all.

I’ve got City mates who have seasoncards at City have been to numerous tournaments watching England and love it, got one City mate who is ‘England over City’, loads of City fans used to meet up in the same City pubs around Town and go to England games when England were at Old Trafford when Wembley was being rebuilt, know of City lads who go home and away with England (including friendlies) as well as City… everywhere in the country supports England apart from sad bitter United and Liverpool fans and, unfortunately, some City fans have adopted this Rag/Scouse trait over the last decade (never knew of it before then).

Been saying for weeks Phil Foden is the most technical gifted player England have probably ever had and If waistcoat had a football brain he would build the team around him, unfortunately Southgate panders to the media and FA who both have interests in the Scum

Blue tinted specs off, when given the chance Foden played it too safe. He played the City way and not the way Southgate wants, i.e. Saka.

He preferred to lay off 5 yard passes expecting it back instead of running at defenders.

Whats the betting that the phrase " Sancho has a chance to show what manchester united are getting" or "you can see why united paid 70+ mill for this lad" or "what a bargain sancho looks"......a veritable rag promotion fest.

It is the bbc after all.
What’s the betting on the phrase “Sancho who was a Manchester City youth team player”?
