Umbro? Typical City?

It doesnt matter to me who makes them, they will sell the same number of shirts as any other chosen manufacture. dont tell me you wont buy one cause ther made by Umbro. as long as the design is good then i will still buy one for me and me lado.

Thats assuming they don't fuck the release like they have in the past! And I also disagree alot of people buy shirts and are unattached to the club, they buy them to look IN and no one buys an umbro shirt for that.

Get your point, although we now have a much world wider audience and they are not all dedicated followers of fashion. ive still got my Umbro shirt from 83-84, cant get in it like but it was the best shirt i had in my wardrobe at the time.
They are part of our history, 1975-1997. and glad to hear that Nike now own them,
oh, and they are based in cheadle. a home based company supplying a home based team made by mancs.

just wiki umbro and they supplied us since 1934..?

I ve got a message for people who want to return to the old badge, the one with the sinking galleon...associated with failure..YOU REALLY NEED TO MOVE ON !!

I recall towards the end of our time with Umbro their packaging for all their kits(not just city's)included a ad stating that City and Umbro had the longest running shirt maker deal in world football.

Well the fact City are wearing umbro socks today pretty much confirms the fact they're doing our shirts next year.
