Umbro? Typical City?

well yeah umbro is not a glamourous make (I mean would you wear anything umbro that wasn't associated with your football club? after 1998 I mean? ) but still the bottom line is that it's all about the designs - wait and see what they come up with (if it's true that it's definitely gonna be them) before writing them off.

to be perfectly honest, I used to like Umbro, and it was what I grew up with City in, and it was locally produced, and in cotton!

in my mind it's all these 'flashy' materials and gimmicky merchandising deals that are off, but that's the way it's been for decades now...

What brand of shirt did Geoff Hurst wear at the 1966 World Cup Final?

What brand of shirt did Pele wear for Brazil?

What kind of saddo fan have we allowed to become part of the great game when they are actually worried about brands of shirts?

Caring about clothing brands is for teenagers of both sexes and women. Men who wear replicas shirts should be offered counselling and then shot if they persist in their effiminate habits.
I'm 32 mate and still buy replica shirts, the logo of the supplier isn't important to me just the team who play in it.
Can't beat donning your city shirt when playing 5 a side!
I am 28 and have bought a shirt every year for the past 15 years. I could care less about who makes the shirt, but that comment is ridicules. And did you mean effeminate?

Both Umbro, funnily enough.

Jeez, 8 pages on a fookin shirt!! Am I the only person who could not care less who makes the kit? The best shirt we had in recent memory was the home kappa one in 97-99 and we were shite back then.......the shirt was no consolation.
