I think the issue with their academy is more deep rooted and long standing than Mourinho. Anyone casting an eye on their youth set up can see they've still got quite a bit of talent in the upper age brackets, but below that it pretty much falls off a cliff - and will take years to reverse, whoever is in the manager's seat, now and in the future.They will be challengers undoubtedly. He is overrated but he is good player. Ibrahimovic is old but he'll bring some goals for them. Plus Mourinho is usually good in his first year. And they were close last season too. So yeah, I expect them to be around the top this year.
