So I guess all those who fucked off with them in their 3 "down years" can now go back to supporting the club of cunts with 650 million other cunts

Say a shirt is £50... 400,000 shirt sales would generate £20M in total, obviously deduct the percentages ADIDAS get and it'd work out less.... United will easily sell millions of shirts with POGBA on the back and already have been doing before he even put pen to paper, so Adidas would see that £20M return easily. I'm not sure what money they make from sponsoring Pogba himself but I can imagine every time his image is used, they make a fair amount, I'm sure the publicity he's getting world wide now would rack a few pennies in?

You think they'll generate an additional 800,000 (assuming their profit is half the cost the punter pays) in shirt sales from one player? That they wouldn't have had with Martial, Rooney, Ibrahimovic and Golden Boy Rashford?

On top of the £75m they already pay?

How many shirts do you think they sell world wide in a normal year? It was 3 million last year. That's a hell of a lot of year on year increase.

Reason? Interest spikes on social media such as twitter.... what is it with the rags obsession with facebook and twitter figures it's not money. Reminds me of them rags that Walter had to sit with on BMRTV when the China derby got canceled, one of them kept showing shit slides of twitter graphs and didn't seem to understand what they meant himself, literally saying "I don't know what that's about but there you have it" well thanks for that info then you big tit! No one gives a shit about twitter graphs or "interest spikes".
