Anywhere they like as they have a huge choice. You must remember the piece in one paper about 8 or 9 nine years ago lauding the "great" PL mangers that had been schooled by the Pisscan: Strachan, Bruce etc. They have loads of that shower of shit to try, and there's Phelan and the family man as well.
It would help if they admitted Moyes, the Turtle and Maureen were mistakes but they can't as Moyes and Maureen were both warned against. And they never admit to mistakes.
They might admit the GPC cocked up when he anointed Moyes as his successor but they certainly won't do that while he's connected to the club.
They could be contenders in a couple of years with a new manager and a medium term rebuild, but I doubt they have the patience, so they'll continue to have marquee signings on and off the pitch with no thought to their effectiveness.

I note this is for the fee and seems to be no mention of salary in relation to turnover.

They should have kept hold of LVG for a year then gone after Simeone. I rate him as a much better coach than Jose at the moment.

I really don't get what he's trying to achieve at the moment, there isn't much of a system going on. A midfield which can be out numbered and out run. Two aging players as the fulcrum of their attack, two centre backs who fold the first game they are tested. If Watford stay disciplined I can see it not being a fun day for the rags tomorrow.

I am becoming increasingly worried about the attitude shown to our near neighbours on this forum. Perhaps fellow blues on this site need to learn the meaning of compassion. Imagine if you will, the pain of buying a replica shirt with a Chevrolet symbol on the front and 'Depay' on the back. What a figure of fun you present to the world. You then replace said shirt with another with 'Pogba' on the back, only to find that your new, very expensive, Galactico is so petite that he fits comfortably in Fernandinho's back pocket.

We have Pep but they have to put up with a whining little sh*t who thinks that sending a well respected World Cup winner to train with the youth team makes him look hard. Let's be honest, if you lose to a Europa league team whose home town is a mystery to most of us, then opposition fans should be willing to be sympathetic, not condemnatory.

In terms of self interest, those wishing to see that lot relegated should remember the points we keep picking up at the Swamp and be grateful that they help us to keep winning the league. So grow up blues - hug a red today and show that you care.
