Don't forget Depay.

Ah the genius who took a pair of chopsticks on the rag tour to China. They are in short supply out there it seems. I think he would be better off with a red plastic spoon and matching drip tray with his monogramme 'M7' all over them like on everything else he seems to possess.

Imagine if Sterling did things like that? Depay seems to be well under the media radar.

The fuck?

Have you seen the amount of amazing saves he's been making for the twats for the last 2/3 years? He makes very few mistakes too. No disputing how good Schmeichel was but he dropped plenty of bollocks aswell and didn't even arrive at the swamp until he was 28. De Gea unfortunately is better for me but even amongst blues the passing of time probably makes Schmeichel seem unsurpassable as the Prems best ever keeper.

Stop chatting shit.

Was Schmeichel anywhere even close to De Gea on pass backs or crosses? De Gea isthe best I've seen as a shot stopper so apart from one on ones I'm struggling to see where Schmeichel wins. Plus the league in general is now of a much higher standard.

De gea is the best shot stopper you've ever seen?
That's why he's at a percentage of 34% clean sheets in the PL and has never won the golden glove?

For reference: Peter S: 38% CS 113/292 AP
Van d S: 49% 92/186 AP 1(Golden glove)
And for the hell of it Hart: 40% CS 119/266 AP 4(Golden glove)

De gea is good but people need to stop rimming him because they heard in a paper that he's the best. Don't give me any shit about Playing behind a bad defence. Ours (Apart from under mancini) Have hardly been outstanding

we still basically have a core of players at the right age who have already won it.

I think we have a problem with an aging squad rather than players at the right age who have already won it. Most of the right age players haven't won it. I thought we were awful in the league last season on the whole, given the start we had, especially at home. Currently I am relying on the Pep factor more than anything else.

The one good thing is the league was won by Leicester not one of the big boys so we were actually on par with most of them. That makes it fairly open for me this season. I think the new Chelsea Manager is talented especially defensively and they have no European football. United if they do sign Pogba will have made a great signing regardless of the money side of it all and giving him away for free. If they don't then I see no more from them than top 4 potential.

I expect top 4 to be us, Arsenal, Chelsea and United next season with Liverpool and Spurs thereabouts. Not sure what order.

Stats on keepers don't mean they're the best and of course he's been playing behind a shit defence and very average team. The 90's scum were actually good and dominated most teams. I'm simply going off seeing him make great saves that have gained them points in games they've been outplayed in. If you went off what the papers say you'd think Bayern's keeper is the best in the world and that's definitely bollocks.
