Before mancini came in, they still had that sense if entitlement and arrogance, "not in my lifetime", "you can't win anything with money" BS.

Then he came in, the fa cup victory, that unbelievable 6-1 thrashing, aguero....by the time he left, city were expected to beat them, they were already inferior and scared of us.

Yup, you can argue all you like about what happened next but he radically altered our view of them and theirs of us.
