Exactly, they are entertainers who bring in huge revenues. If they weren't getting the money then it would be going to parasites like the Glazers and agents (not that a shit load doesn't already). Judge Judy makes $50m a year to be a pretend judge in a pretend small claims court for idiots. It's hard to really begrudge people with actual talent making money when you know that

Just fact-checked:

In July 2010 when Sheindlin's contract was renewed, her salary increased to $45 million per year. It was later reported in October 2013 that Sheindlin is the highest-paid TV star, earning $47 million per year for Judge Judy, which translates into just over $900,000 per workday (she works 52 days per year).
