That should be applauded to be fair to them, football is simply becoming too expensive.Season ticket prices frozen for next season.....probably struggling to sell them.
They are still cnuts, though.

To be fair i don't think they are doing it for there fans, i think they are edging there bets, more and more empty seats popping up at swamp and if they fail to recach champs league again next year then the empty seats will get to a point where they can't cover it up anymore and people will realise that it is all myth about them being the biggest club in the world

Yep. Whatever their motives, if match-going fans benefit then that's a good thing.
I think that's the 6th consecutive year of ST price freezes. However, there are plenty of calls for them to scrap the Automatic Cup Scheme that means all their 55,000 or so season ticket holders have to buy tickets for all home CL and FA Cup games (League Cup and Europa League games aren't compulsory). I can't see them doing that to be honest but it does seem that their owners are engaging with fans more than at any other time since the Glazer takeover in 2005.

Do you think it might have more to do with the empty seats they try so hard to disguise with clever camera angles than any thoughts about fans finances?
It would impact hugely on the myth that every game is a sell out and a huge waiting list for season tickets.
659, million fans should be able to sell out every game with millions clamouring for tickets.
Prices should've been lower at all premier league games because of the TV money and the effects it has on the supporters with games being played at silly times.
But as it doesn't seem to have been mentioned ... Fuck the rag scum.

It's 20 years ago since Keane pointed out the prawn sandwich brigade, they eradicated the access for the 'working class' masses and should be held accountable. Haha Finally someone tells it how it is. Small club with an average squad. Could see him stay there another year if Simeone stays, or maybe decides to go to a big team playing in the CL.
It is now a fact that top players will join the rags for one reason only, money. Those glorious Thursday nights are a big draw as well, I must admit.
