Has anyone else noticed the rags in the pub phenomenom? How when you are in the pub and they are on the box, if they get beat within 30 seconds of that final whisle they are nowhere to be seen. Gone as if by magic. When I lived in the Manchester area I often used to laugh when this happened, but even here in the wild plains of South Cheshire the same thing happens. Popped in my local for a swift one last night after they had played, sure enough not a one remained the place was deserted, the bar maid confirmed there had been a mass exodus of about 10 as the final whistle blew, and indeed several others had left well before the end looking very distressed.
What I used to get was the person who walked into the pub, looked at the TV and saw they were winning and then said "YES!!!" And it was completely obvious that until they saw the TV, they had no idea they were even playing.

"I'll be honest. I don't care if this makes me a bad fan that just stays happy when we're winning but I have questioned supporting Man United. "

Jesus imagine them playing York, Swindon, wrexham etc...

That is the true meaning of a gloryhunting fan..

If you support a club only cos they would win everything then that's sadder than a sad get on sadderday.

A Manchester United fan group claims it is planning to fly a "Mourinho Out" banner over Old Trafford.

Daley Blind has revealed the atmosphere in the Manchester United dressing room was totally flat after the 2-1 defeat in Fenerbahce.

Stop my belly is aching!

It's a strange one. Ibrahimovic is older than me(33) and seems to be playing every game. Rashford will be burnt out or sussed out very quickly and Pogba will need a rest as he had no preseason

They are shit now, who knows how bad they will be during and after Christmas
The nose is 35 now.

It wasn't flat last week when they beat our reserves... fuck me they want everything. lol

Has Jose lost the dressing room already? With publically criticizing his players several times and making out Manchester life is so different it sounds like he's itching for them to pull the trigger. Same old excuses at Chelsea and Madrid

I don't think that they are actually fans of football or any team in particular , rather they are just fans of winning and success ,and what they see as the reflected glory that goes with it.
We all know fans of certain clubs who used to be fans of certain other clubs when they were winning and are no longer. They attach themselves like parasites and suck up the glory, until it dries up and then it's off to the next one.( sadly we are amongst the next ones)
This , I think , is a major reason why they are so hostile and vitriolic ( see sausage boy and flying pig face) towards the raggies after defeat. They are not equipped to deal with failure.

I particularly enjoy seeing full kit wankers walking through town when the they are playing

Used to find those two fuckwits funny - being deluded ****s who cried when beat... however they irritate the fucking life out of me now – funny how quick they post their reaction videos after a home game too "got back from the swamp quick lads?!" ...I doubt either of them has ever been to the fucking shit-hole once!

If we get fans like Mr sausages or Flying pig shagger posting vids like they do then I for one would one happily lambast them at every opportunity..

Its strange that they never seem to get shit from Reds yet are total and utter dickwads in what they do.

I suppose that's what will always separate us from them.

Told Mr Football that the rags are turning into Liverpool.

He asked me how I worked that out, as they won the FA Cup last season and they knocked City out of the League Cup this season.

I pointed out that Liverpool have won the occasional cup since they last won the league, but he couldn't see it. He just kept whitterring on about it still early in the season.

Sorry if this has been posted earlier, but just seen a picture of the Swedish Super-Ego throttling a Fenerbache player last night .

I presume he was red carded for this ?
