I would be shocked if the rags don't sack Jose after they miss out on top 4 again.

They spent a world record fee on Pogflop, 26M on Mkhitaryan, 30M on Bailly, got Zlatan on a mega contract (I think they already extended his deal another year). The rags were favorites for the title according to many, finishing outside the top 4 with the most expensive squad in world football will be a disaster for them in more ways than one.

I wouldn't be worried even if they do sign Greizmann, it would be a world record fee once again and he's not solving all their problems. Would be going to them only for money anyway, just like Pogflop who apparently turned down Real and Barca haha

Let's enjoy watching our lads storm up the table in the weeks ahead of April and hopefully by the time we get to the shitty April run it wont be any concern of ours and we can laugh as the rags struggle even with the refs and sky doing their best. I would love it if it came to a 3 horse race for 4 with any other team and both rags and dippers lost out.

But....we're no better right now, so let's hope this improvement remains through the next 8 weeks.

The biggest problem at the old toilet is the negative manager! No wonder they don't score enough they play very deep because hes shit scared of conceding 2 holding midfield players either mikatarian or mata on the bench! He just has shakels on the whole team! I'm just dreading the day the big wigs work it out!!!!

Two football related questions came up. What football club did (let's say Frank Lampard as I've forgotten but it was obvious) play for? She said Arsenal.

Next one, what is Ian McGaskill famous for? Three options, football manager or meteorologist plus one other. She said football manager.

It was Bergcamp and she didn't say Arsenal.

Very rare I want the chaser to win but I was with him tonight.

That's it. My memory is really poor but I did say it was obvious. Any football fan would have got it. Apart from a plastic rag.

I think the point he is trying to make is correct, yes we looked great last night but 2 weeks prior we were battered 4 0 by an average at best everton, we got battered 4-2 by relegation strugglers leicester, we are not consistent one bit this season and 4 points could easily be caught if our inconsistent form contunues

We're not though really, since New Years we've come out level on points with the dippers and rags and lost ground to Chelsea arsenal and spurs, we need to start putting a run of 5-6 wins together.
 
Mourinho's latest rant leads me to one of two conclusions. Firstly, he is suffering a psychological condition which I should be seriously worried about if it was displayed by my nearest and dearest. Egomania, solipsism and paranoia are close relatives and can lead to serious mental consequences.
Or.....his tirades are a cynical attempt to subtly influence referees so that they think subconsciously "Maybe we're all being a bit hard on Utd after all - let's cut them a bit of slack", so things are allowed which wouldn't be for other clubs (just as McEnroe's on-court tantrums were a deliberate ploy to unsettle opponents).
Or maybe both are true.
Or maybe he's just a heap of merde.
