Has anybody else noticed how rag friendly journo's have , very recently , started to comment how

1/ If he wins the EL Maureen will have won 3 major trophies this season - making the Charity Shield now a major trophy?
2/ If he does so then his plan for the season will have worked?

So we are supposed to believe that he started out on the season never intending on a top 4 finish at all but always planned to get CL football at the swamp by means of a EL win?? Yeah fuckin right course he did.

If the Charity Shield is a major trophy that actually leaves no minor ones at all.

Omg I've just seen that chance at the end, why the fuck didn't he shoot? What a fucking bottler. If we went for goal most likely the rags were out, **** fucking bottled it big time.

Let's not forget these are the 'good' times under PEG. Give it another year and it will be chaos at OT.

They really have sold their sole to the devil.
I used to work at a shoe recycling factory.....it was sole destroying....

Need a brexit ref for the final. Gonna get a rag I s'pose. Little ****s went through, but how they shit themselves. Stood next to a couple of them. They're like Sutton Utd these days.

Hehe. Trolled some rags in the pub tonight. They are BACK IN BUSINESS.

Wake me up when they start playing footy again.

They've assembled the most expensive team in the history of football.
They paid more for Pogba than any team has for a player in the history of football.
They went on a 25-match unbeaten run, moving from 6th place in the table to fifth, only to fall back to sixth in the subsequent match.
They are the only side in the top flight to not score a goal away to a top 6 opposition, albeit they have one more opportunity at Spurs.
They have only lost at home in the league once this season, to us, yet have dropped 25 points at home.
They did not feature in the Champions League whatsoever.
They advanced past some of Europe's biggest powers in the Europa League group stage: Fenerbahce, Feyenoord, and Zorya Luhansk, although the Turks did top the group.
They advanced past Saint Etienne 4-0 on aggregate, then bettered Rostov 2-1 on aggregate, followed by dominating the mighty Anderlecht on aggregate 3-2. Tonight, they advanced past the 12th placed team in Spain, Celta Vigo, 2-1 on aggregate.
They now go to Stockholm with all their eggs in one basket, facing Ajax with the chance to advance to the Champions League next season, otherwise they are right back in Europe's new elite competition next year.

These are all facts.

Playing the 'United Way' now means putting 10 behind the ball. Their big pull to transfer targets is wages in excess of 300k/week.

This is the current state of Manchester United. Long may it continue.
