Oh and we love utd?The cunts hate City. Good enough reason ?

I think most people realise it’s going to take a few seasons. Question is, is pep the right man? Picking that midfield today, and on his general performance this year, I have my doubts sadly. Maybe I’m wrong. Hope soyeah ive said numerous times he should have started Nico
But as for Grealish no way...he was poor when he came on as well.
And there aint no other options...
Our whole midfield baring Rodri, Gonzales and foden needs replacing....
We need to sell/let leave - KDB Gundo, Grealish Kovacic - all those need replacements....HUGE SUMMER and without CL probably....i think people need to realise that this fall is going to take a few seasons to recover from unless Txixi and Vianna work an absolute miracle
Oh I wasn't disagreeing, just using your post as a jumping off point.completely agree
Exactly - completely agree which is why i said I wouldnt read too much into what he says in interviews
Not sure Foden could be arsed tbhI tell you what. Yes Foden has been awful lately but are you all telling me he wouldn’t give more than Gundo in that position?
Possibly because Nunes wasn't too bad today. But he shouldn't have been bought in the first place. How did you miss Nunes from the list of never good enough and should be gone.
City's rebuild is frightening and could easily go wrong. This is how the rags collapse started..
of course he is the right man.I think most people realise it’s going to take a few seasons. Question is, is pep the right man? Picking that midfield today, and on his general performance this year, I have my doubts sadly. Maybe I’m wrong. Hope so
I agreeThere are probably 3/4 lesser players you can add to that too.
As i dont really class him as. midfield option and certainly not after when Pep said today....but yes he should be gone as well hopefullyHow did you miss Nunes from the list of never good enough and should be gone.

Again with the players available he has very ittle choice ....as we have already discussed...He could have added Gonzales but outside of that no one else on the bench/available makes a difference....
None of the players on the bench even come close to the quality of Bernardo, KDB and Gundo in their prime.....Sav and Doku are flair players but dont add he control that Pep requires - playing them we could easily as just lost the game and again look what happened when Doku came on....more chances down his side of the pitch in that 20 mins than the whole game before that....
People seem to think that Savihno is some wonder saviour....in reality he is just a very good prospect and thats it at present...Sane was streets ahead of where this kid is in his first season for instance and look at how much Sane used to infuriate Pep back then...we all remember the bollockings that Sane got from the side lines
Are you saying that with our squad, with 200m worth of talent added to it in January that this is the best that could be served up, isn't even the not winning. It is the slow, boring, absolute dog shite football we have to watch each week. There has been nothing this season that suggests he can turn it around for next season. He hasn't even tried to play them players that will be here, Gonzalez sat on the bench with gundog, kovacic and KDB playing in slow motion all game. You are talking about control in a game, Grealish played well coming on at Bournemouth, scored against Leicester then he is on the bench again. He controls a game with his eyes shut. Not good enough from Pep today, he is selling the fans well short this season. If I performed as badly, as consistently and made the same mistakes over and over for 9 months or so, I'd be out of a jobof course he is the right man.

I'm genuinely concerned about the correct recruitment. I honestly feel some of the new players that have been here for 12 months or so have already shown they won't be up to it and the latest group in December I have serious concerns that they are all elite players to cope with the demands of winning a title whilst challenging for the CL and im not even considering the two domestic cup competitions in this scenario. The stage we have been on and want to be on are as rivals to Liverpool and Real Madrid with the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Bayern, Barcelona and the Milan clubs. I currently feel our recent buys over the past 12 months put us on a level with Villa, Newcastle, Dortmund, Athletico etc.Our lads are either ageing or simply not the quality of lads in years gone by.
Mahrez would have loved that today.
This isn’t just a breather season after the 4 we have a massive job on hand to get us back to Champions league final status which we have been for 7 or 8 years.
I saw De Bruyne score at Chelsea years back and i thought we are a thing now and so it happened I have the opposite feel now. That derby was like something from the 80s or 90s when we were hanging for a point at the sty.
I truly feel pep will sort us with the correct recruitment but for sure there is a big job ahead.
I agree with most of that but I thought the atmosphere was OK in the away end given the shite we were watching.Sorry but that Derby was the worst in 50 yrs of watching both teams, atmosphere , quality, passion = zero. Following on from a tepid performance v the very worst team to come to the etihad since it was built im slightly worried what is in store next season. I honestly feel the club has been so distracted with legal stuff its lost the plot and Peps marriage split has messed his brain. Half expecting a late winner from Benjani to remind me how far weve regressed.
Pep needs to go in the summer along with all the OAPs in squad he’s done
That was so so bad. From the starting 11 to the subs. We are complacent and poorly coached at the moment. Serious questions need to be asked about whether pep is the right man for the rebuild sadly
at what point will the happy clappers let people question Pep? Asking for a friend
Pep has lost his mojo imo. Could be his personal life issues or just the way the season has gone but reverting back to his boys instead of going at the rags is truly embarrassing! I don’t know what to think about Pep anymore, he’s just lost something and maybe just needs a couple of years out of the game and we have a huge overhaul with someone new and he can relax and have a new relationship or just a break.
im sorry and will offend some posters, Pep is spent and thats about it,maybe the great man has been here to long, we need new ideas, new players and a new start
He really should have won us the game, his dithering cost usNot sure Foden could be arsed tbh
Don’t start talking the truth on here, you will soon be called the c word by some old fart. Are you saying that with our squad, with 200m worth of talent added to it in January that this is the best that could be served up, isn't even the not winning. Glad I didn’t go to the pub to watch that.
