United (A) | PL | Post Match Thread

we had to react to the Sunderland draw vs Chelsea:
disappointing draw at home
we had to react the the draw vs Chelsea:
even more disappointing draw vs Brighton at home
we had to react to Brighton draw:
complete awful loss in the derby, outfoxed, outplayed, outfought

this run of results can be big part why Arteta wins the title if they do it. drop points and how the team reacts. how they they want put it right.

Arsenal won every game after they dropped points this season in PL. they react with a win. is it injuries, tiredness, luck etc? excuses wont get us far.

look if Arsenal go on to win the title, fair play to them

There was always going to be a gap with City rebuilding after the 4 titles in a row, Liverpool did it last season when City was in a right mess with injuries and burnout, Again this season was always going to be a test, a couple of players have had more injuries to the point they will have to leave.

But the lack of fullbacks is a major problem ? Not only having any, but not having the replacement on the bench

The high line was criminal today. When Donna had to come out twice in the first 10 minutes to stop them from being clean through on goal, it was a sign that we had to play on the edge of our box, especially away from home. They were constantly looking for that through ball into the space, and the two disallowed goals only demonstrated how they were going to eventually score. And when they did you could see it coming a mile off. They hit the crossbar, the post, had two good saves out of Donna, 3 disallowed goals (Last one was very close) and then scored 2. It could've been so much worse, but at no point did Pep think about changing the high line. The space was there the entire game, and they had a field day with it. Donna did not deserve that much exposure and you could see the bewilderment on his face when Mount scored. Had that resigned look of a man being led to the gallows.
Christmas came early for the Raggies thanks to kamikaze Peps tic taks

One team out of all cups the other playing every 3 days.

It makes a difference.
Well you're not going to stay in 4 competitions for long playing like today are you?

So the answer is building a squad that is capable of performing every few days, but we cant because we have a small squad which has a shit load of injury prone players within it

Nonsense. Both the ref and indeed VAR were on our side.

Sorry. more nonsense. The ref and VAR were ok today. We were beyond shite and got what we deserved.
Don't talk fucking shite! We were fuckin robbed AGAIN! If you read my post, I state we were shite and deserved fuck all,but one corrupt decision Father Paul, did us, and however shite we played(which we did..very muxh so) its a different game if he walks. So don't talk utter shite and say "VAR were ok", because they fucking wasn't! We were fucked over AGAIN. Now go and say 1000 hail Mary's.

In the Nunes thread he’s supposedly been seen at Christie’s but no evidence or confirmation from the person who apparently posted it
( @tolmie's hairdoo ) but I haven’t seen it on X so hopefully rubbish
For goodness sake. He could have been visiting someone!
However if Pep says he has flu I’d sooner believe that.

As livid as everyone else on here. Abject. But as the song that’s just come on shuffle says “you gotta roll with it”. Remember when that was our only game in season that mattered ? Fuck it, onto Bodo, a response and qualification. No fucking about. No Rico. No Nathan. No Phil. Hungry players only please Pep. Though that might mean starting with nine.
