I don't think we are quite at panic stations yet. But it does feel that we are probably the most stale we have been in about 10 years.

Dreadful performance today with a lack fight and determination all over the pitch. Midfielders playing full backs is okay against Burnley but these players will cost you eventually because they don’t have a defensive mindset. Guehi will make a big difference but still need two full backs if we’re to get back to where we were.

we now dont have the quality of players to play the way Pep wants to either btw.....rico lewis is just shit....khusonov as much as like him isnt great with passing through lines, Ake is finished as I said 6 months ago (along with Stones).....Alleyne had jelly legs and possibly is the ONLY player that gets a pass for that performance.

Semenyo cant be excused cause he is new either....that was a pathetic performance by him....he was lazy, had zero drive and aggression....doku gets shit but he never ever shies away from at least trying....we can already see that the same cannt be said of Semenyo as he gave up on a number of occasions and that is unacceptable.

Whatever. We lost. Get over it. This game does not represent our whole season. But they had a good day with a full squad. No team can manage game after game with 4 main defenders out. We’ve sorted the problem but unfortunately not in time for this weekend
 
Just wondering. Did we spend the best part of £65m on Semenyo to leave stuck to the touch line on the right wing ? Exactly what we did with Grealish on the other side. I know there are much better football brains than mine making these decisions. I’d just like to understand what’s going on.
 
A sign of how bad that was…they nearly got in behind us about 5 times in the first half (probably more) and Pep did that little to change things that they were still doing it in the 90th minute.

That’s horrific game management.
 
Numerous occasions we had a chance to shoot from the edge of the box but chose to pass sideways and backwards. Why? Foden several times in the first half, even Rodri had a couple in the second, what happened to the thunderbastard from last week?
Off the ball we were a shambles, good job we had 99% possession in our favour.

One team wanted it, the other didn't. We're alone way from where we were and we've probably seen the end of those days where we dominated everybody and everything. And that's okay, because at least we got to see it.

Dalot walks after 10 minutes and it's a different game. Can't help but think this filters down to the players and they think what's the fucking point. Not even being protected from possible injury by the officials. We are reffed completely differently to every other team in the league, and that is blatant cheating.

I reckon I'm pretty much done with the whole affair and that's okay. I've seen the lowest of the lows and I've seen the highest of the highs, and the fact I couldn't really care less that we've just been battered by the rags says to me all I need to know.

It's time to log off and go and touch some grass. Far more important things going on right now than this. I can't get remotely angry about eleven multi millionaires not wanting to run around for 90 minutes. I'll leave on this though.

Im gonna come out and say it ,an know loads wont like it,but i dont give a fuck,that was school boy coachin,time an time again he fucks about,that high line was just shite coachin,burnley an leeds wud of coped miles better its embarrassing,not puttin ball in box not playin thru balls,fuckin 2 at the back st times at Old Trafford do me a favour,well an truley smashed today,worst performance seen in a long long time,inknow its raw right now,but i dont give think its time for pep to move on,that naive high line today ,and other games,is just not good enough with a makeshift back 4,also if he thinks rico is a man city player,then i dont want him managing the team that i love and follow everywhere,fuckin dogshit that,time for a change
