Everyone looks shot, these guys have been playing non stop for the last 4 years and yet again no break this coming summer. Why mentally are they shattered?
Is two winning seasons all a professional footballer can cope with??

FFS it's as bad as Klipperty making his players do that stupid thing they do in Germany after they drew with WBAhttps://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/man-utd-deserved-roaring-adulation-21656521
Mentions it on the first couple of paragraphs.
Can't stop laughing.
I hope it’s the former: the latter would finish me off with football for ever for I live watching that kid.Was Eddie pissed or on the take?
All well and good; doesn’t mean playing Derby’s without any spirit
Was thinking the same myself, wondering if I should bother dragging myself out on Wednesday?
You could be right.Think your definition of loyal is questionable.
To your second point, Foden may well have given the midfield the verve it lacked. As to your third, funny you should say that, I had a bad feeling for the season when I saw that kit in the summer.Just lost to a team coached by the mental equivalent of Rain Man.
Without Kevin we are as useless as a Mendy cross.
I hate this season. I blame Puma.
got to remember mate the players are not like us fans, only a select few(vinnie, zabba etc) will actually get it like we do, i'm not saying they were not trying, they clearly were but any % drop off will hurt you at this level, the game as a stand alone one in this season where the title has gone and top 4 is pretty much assured meant a lot more to them as underdogs than it did to us(players)
Nothing to do with moaning, it's been a difficult season and in league terms very disappointing.
A derby is still a big game at least for the fans, yesterday our team looked disinterested and unmotivated our manager included.
To me that is unacceptable.
In a parallel universe, we won the game and it hasn't been mentioned once.........Anyone got any radio stations that don't mention the derby every 5 minutes?
Of cause i'll be there, whick block are you in?You'll be there. All true supporters go to every home game they can. However if you want/need some motivation think about those of us who have to travel a long way and find money for overnight stays. If we can go so can you. Also some of us consider ourselves fortunate enough to have a seasoncard to let us watch top players week in week out so we make sure we maximise these opportunities because that's what they are.
Here endeth the lesson. Give me a wave at the Arsenal game. :)
Yes I have no problem with not prioritising the league, just secure top four in case we beat the ban. There are two games left that the fans wanted to win in the the league. One was yesterday and the other is Liverpool. Yesterday we failed miserably.
I don’t disagree with any of that, it still doesn’t make it acceptable to go out and play in that manner. It’s short changing the fans. You can’t say well the titles gone therefor we will be half arsed in our remaining league games. Not good enough.
^^^^^ This all day long.
Losing to that shower of sh*te not once, but three times this season is unacceptable. in All three games we looked like we weren’t that bothered about the end result.
Being born and bred in Manchester, any derby loss is hard to take and whilst the team might think they have nothing to play for in terms of the league, they should at least raise their game for their fans when playing against their local rivals. it matters to US.
I do wonder if the players lack of association to Manchester is the issue. As someone else has already pointed out getting fired up for a derby was never a problem with Zabba and Vinny in or around the team.
