United (a) post-match thread

Awful today - get this season over with ASAP. 2-0 to that shower? Did all the things we do badly today, officials didn't help but we keep trying to walk the ball in, no-one tries a simple shot, couldv'e played all week and not had a decent effort, sick of it.

Then we will have to disagree mate..I think he will be very good once he gets fully fit and free from injuries.
As for the game itself Pep fucked up big time by not playing Walker and Mendy from the start.
As much as I love Raz he's not played well for ages..he needs to come on when we aren't struggling and get his confidence back.
I felt sorry for Foden in the 1st half as he never got the ball..looked so much better when he moved more central.
No matter how we sugarcoat it we lost to a fucking shite team .

agree on the walker but

How can anybody say they're not bothered by losing to the worst rag team for years three times this season. They were woeful today, we were on a par with them, the warning signs have been there ever since we beat Madrid, performances after have been shit, including Villa last week where we sneaked the win. We're in easy street until we play the return leg of the champs league where we'll no doubt be busting a gut.
Not good enough for me, we should be up for every game no matter who we play.

Im bothered, but not that bothered. If (I know it’s a big if) we win the fa cup and/ or the cartel league then this will be forgotten in the final reckoning

Madrid are an excellent pressing team and generally much better than the rags. A CL knockout game at Bernabeu is much more difficult than a game at Manure without any significance for the title.

but its not at the bernabeu - its at our place.....

He didn't miss a tap in from 6 yards, flap at Martials shot or thow the ball straight to McTomminay.

Individual mistakes have cost us this season.

So has shit recruitment and squad management to be fair.
