Disagree 100% with this post. Up until that decision (which was right - it’s the rule that’s total bollocks) we were cruising. Bit of huff and puff from the crowd but we didn’t look like throwing it away at all.

Not a great performance by any means but every decision in that game went for them. In control until that ridiculous decision to overturn the offside decision for their first goal. Think Pep and the team were hard done by.
Not even sure about their second goal tbh.
Cancelo needs binning off - his refusal to keep the possession by playing a simple pass to a team mate was incredibly annoying. Thinks he's the main man but he kept losing the ball. De Bryune had one great moment but for everything else looked terrible and basically not fit enough. Bernardo needs to go in the summer - his heart is clearly not in it or up for the battle. Rodri head and shoulders our best. Foden looked like a lost boy and fails to get into the game (mainly due to Cancelo not passing to him) and Haaland sees so little of the ball in the box it's almost criminal.
Attwell and VAR did their job today. Royally fucked us over.

There were no pens; whilst the rule is a joke, it wasn't offside and none of that papers over how poor we are.

What I've realised is in getting bored watching us. Haaland makes forward runs and we just pass the ball backwards.

We were poor before that goal.

We only had one shot on target. Maybe we would won or taken a draw some how but problems that were existing are still existing.

Sorting out needs to be done otherwise kn a month we will be heading towards a trophyless season

How did we lose that? my stream went down at 0-1 just before their goal and ive seen it back. fine its offside but just defend properly, ederson caught in no mans land again fernandes shot was from the edge of the box and was being closed down.

and even after that, be aware that the crowd will be up and just think right see them off for 5 mins then maybe we can get a winner.

the final goal is poor marking and midfielders not getting back. if de bruyne is too goosed then take him off and get gundogan on, be reactive Pep dont just wait until what we all know as city fans watching games at old trafford in the past that they will be pushing for the winner.

a draw is a forgettable result - this is a disaster and emboldens them

Clearly he felt Alvarez wouldn't be an asset in this game. It’s a judgment call and that was the choice he made. Alvarez didn’t exactly set the world on fire against Southampton.

All round sloppy first half. Slightly better second half. I would be frightened to count up how many times Cancelo gave the ball away today leaving us completely exposed. Quite frightening how we have gone from looking like complete world beaters to making Everton, Southampton and United look like world beaters.

No it's not, Rashford was shielding the ball so he was definetely interfering with play.

Rashford ran to the ball and our players slowed down thinking ‘he’s offside’ so he clearly got involved in the play.

But United were building up to a goal anyway. All we were doing was giving the ball away so they’d still have scored and probably won. We were a shambles after our goal.

Very , very disappointed. Real Madrid esque bottling of the match. Controlled the second half and let it slip. Why didn’t we just slow down the game? We must be perfect and it’s not looking like we will be. What’s worse now is that we are not only chasing but looking over our shoulder.

I agree after the dodgy equaliser but what can we do when the officals are constantly against us in every single game.
