We're all wise after the event.

And whilst this isn’t aimed at you, many are unwise before the event nearly every bastard week. Then disappear for a week or three days until the next pre game moan.

Why’s everyone making out Phil is a world beater ?? He’s just a average played over rated Cos he’s one of our own. If he was Swedish or Dutch none of you lot would rate him.

I hope people are kind to Phil, fantastic talent, at least we know what it will mean to him.

Interesting to see James up top. He did that against Otamendi for Swansea in the Cup game and was left for dead.

I will say this, if our front six turn up, it won't matter what our back four does.

KDB is a miss, but he's been a bit sloppy in possession recently created a few turnovers - something that we genuinely cannot afford today. Maybe, the mentality of United will be slightly different today - confident even. That might just play into our hands.

What's clear is we are already preparing ourselves for Real. Walker, Mendy, David Silva all getting a nice rest. Laport and KDB should hopefully be patched up just in time too.

Sterling is absolutely key today.
